As a customer, you can expect high quality, dry aged, 100% grass-finished beef from cattle that have been raised by our family, on our farms. Our cattle are never confined, and are never given growth hormones. Bluegrass Beef is free of antibiotics and steroids. Our beef is humanely harvested in a local, USDA inspected processing facility, and dry aged a minimum of 14 days to promote tenderness and flavor. Bluegrass Beef is sold frozen and vacuum sealed for freshness and convenience.
